The “Issue Certificate” prepared for a capital increase reserved for the Commercial Bank (Qatar) was approved by the Capital Markets Board on 23 July 2015. On this date, Alternatifbank A.Ş. was delisted and its active shares were acquired by The Commercial Bank (Qatar).
