Alternatif Bank Combines the Convenience of Digital Banking With Human Touch Thanks to Its Renewed Mobile Application

Alternatif Bank, aiming for a flawless and effortless digital experience, continues to make life easier for its customers with its new mobile application “Alternatif Bank Mobile” that combines the practicality of mobile banking with human touch.

Alternatif Bank launched its mobile application, Alternatif Bank Mobile, with a renewed technology and design in line with needs and expectations of customers. With Alternatif Bank Mobile, redesigned in line with the trends of digital age and changing user needs, retail banking customers perform all banking transactions effortlessly and they can get live support by connecting to the special portfolio manager assigned to them with a single click through the application. 

The Bank diverges from the competition by assigning a specialist ‘Portfolio Manager’ to all customers that use mobile banking, without any lower limit prerequisite, thanks to its new service model called ‘Digital Banking with People’. On the other hand, new features such as “VOV Account Extra Interest World” and “VOV Card Cashbacks” menus, where customers can transparently follow their earnings, stand out with the new menu structure that offer easy access to banking services on Alternatif Bank Mobile. The Bank aims to improve digital banking experience and grow its customer base substantially in the retail segment with its renewed mobile application.
